During the process of transporting, there will be damages of conveyor belt because of the transportation of material, mechanical failure and other things, such as spot damage, edge damage, Long longitudinal tear and so on. It is necessary to repair these damages in time. The conveyor belt repair vulcanizer is a widely-use repairing equipment, the function and operation are almost same as that of the vulcanizing machine.
There are three types of the repair vulcanizer, they are spot repair vulcanizer, edge repair vulcanizer, and long torn repair vulcanizer for different damages of the conveyor belt. All these machines can be customized according to customers' requests.

Application method
1. Transfer machine to the repair site.
2. Fill glue in the damaged areas that need to be repaired (see the adhesive part in the vulcanization process of the belt joints, or the demonstration by our staff when the equipment is being tested).
3. Place the frame under the belt and align it with the damaged area.
4. Place the down heating plate just below the damaged area of the belt and then place the upper frame.
5. Press the hydraulic lever until it reaches enough pressure level.
6. Get the first power wire well connected to the electrical control box. Connect the second wire with the electric control box and the upper and down plates.
Note that it corresponds to the sign on the electric control box.
7. Turn on the electric control box and start the vulcanizing repair process.
