1. New conveyour belt spicing&jointing vulcanizing press :
Portable type conveyor belt joint vulcanizing press is mainly applied to industries for splicing and repairing conveyor belts such as metallurgy, mine, power plant, port, dock, construction material cement, chemical industry, tobacco, and food automatic line field.
Advantage features:
1. Machine maximum size: from 650MM-2400MM;
2. Voltage: 380V 660V 480V 440V 415V 400V or 220V;
3. Fast cooling time: 5 minutes (from 145 degrees down to 70 degrees or less);
4. Time for temperature raise (from normal temperature to vulcanizing temperature) no more than 50 minutes
6. Time of heat preservation for vulcanizing could be adjusted according to thickness of the rubber belts;

Water bag/ watyer pressure bladder:
Light weight pressure water bag instead of the tradition heavy pressure system for easy handing pressure system can withstand high pressure of 2.5 Mpa without leakage and damage.At the same time standard with electric pressurized water pump,willing to reach the curing pressure of the time required for shorter.
- Electric heating blanket:
It's instead of electric heating sheet (unlike traditional resistance wire heating elements,heating blankets can greatly reduce the weight of the heating system, so is more easier to move .At the same time as the electric blanket within the optimal design,the arrangement of the heating wire makes the heating plate surface heating faster and more uniform.From room temperature of less than 20 minutes.
- Top and bottom heating plates:
1. Made by selecting high quality aluminum alloys. LY11 high strength aviation alminum and using spcial process
2. The platen can be water cooling type which is made according to customer's request:
the heating layer is fitted with intermationally advanced direct-flow water circulation cooling device. It needs only 5 minutes to cool from such high tempeture as 145 degree to 70 degree so as to speed up the rubber jointing progress,improve rubber jointing strength and keep in good repair at belt joint area
