Application range
During the process of belt operation, due to the material weight, head and equipment failure caused the dot damage or holes on the surface of conveyor belt, thus make the core exposed, leakage of material, we have to repair it in time, use this repair facility can do vulcanizing repair on the belt surface when belt halt.

How To Use
Application method
1.move the repairing parts to repairing sites.
2.filling process to damage parts
3.Put the rack down the belt straight at the treated damaging parts, then arrange the water pressure plate and lower heating plate right below the damaging parts.
4.put the upper heat plate right above the damaging parts, set up an insulation board, then put the upper brackets on.
5.Install the screw and tighten
6.connect the power and electric cabinet with a wire, then use a secondary wire connect the upper heating plate with electric cabinet, lower heating plate with cabinet , use temperature measurer connect upper heating plate with electric cabinet, lower heating plate with cabinet, notes the correspondence with cabinet panel while wire connecting.
7.use high pressure hose connect the water pressure plate and pressure testing pump, then open the cabinet, dumping water to water pressure plate until the vulcanization pressure.
