1.Clean and tidy appearance: the entire rubber press bag is formed through rubber vulcanization and can be used repeatedly without leakage.

2.Take high pressure.Can make full expansion without second pressure and make sure the conveyor belt vulcanizing machine can be uniformly compressed during belt joint and repair process. The tested safety pressure range is ≤ 2.5Mpa, which completely meets the requirements of vulcanizing joint machine.

3.Portable and easy operation. Merely a quarter weight of the old water pressure plate. Due to the increase of expansion,simply tighten the fixed bolt with a wrench on both sides of the equipment during installation.

4.Large compression area. The border is only 1.5cm,by increasing pressure area, vulcanization quality can be effectively improved.
